The Vulcan VC44ED Single Deck Electric Convection Oven is crafted with a stainless steel front, sides, top and legs and is a versatile addition to any commercial kitchen. The steel oven interior is covered with porcelain, while the independently operated doors with double-paned windows are made of stainless steel. The oven interior measures 29" wide, 22-1/8" deep and 20" high and has two interior lights. Five nickel plated oven racks are included. This oven includes a cool switch for rapid cool down as well as a
