Vulcan VHFA18 Heavy Duty 18 Pan Vulcan Heated Cabinet

The Vulcan VHFA18 Non-Insulated Cabinet provides you with eighteen levels of holding and transport power. Think of that for a moment, eighteen full size sheet pans, or thirty half size pans can be placed within this cabinet and transported anywhere they are needed due to the 5" casters. Mobility at its finest! The top-mounted controls include a power "on" and heater "on" indicator lights, as well as a dial thermostat that can be adjusted from ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat is provided by two 1,000-watt metal sheathed heating elements that draw 16.7 amps of power. The design includes a fan and air tunnel which provide an even distribution of heat throughout the cabinet. The full-size door is manufactured using glass to offer perpetual viewing of the cabinet
