The range is manufactured using high quality stainless steel on the front, sides, backriser and lift-off high shelf. 6" adjustable stainless steel legs are included as are two oven racks. Each of the four open top burners brings the power of 30,000 BTU/hr. with lift-off burner heads, and a shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot for every two burners). Heavy duty cast grates keep even your heaviest pots secure and at the ready. The baker's depth standard oven will accommodate full size sheet pans, side-to-side and front to back, and offers 35,000 BTU/hr. of cooking power.
