Channel's HDKD20 Aluminum Knocked Down Mobile Bun Pan Rack is ideal for storing large amounts of freshly made baked goods. Constructed from heavy-duty, high tensile extruded aluminum, this rack is built to withstand any abuse thrown its way. This pan rack features 3" spacing between each pair of heli-arc welded extruded aluminum angle pan slides which can hold a standard 18" x 26" sheet pan or two 18" x 13" sheet pans. Additionally, the bolted on 5" polyurethane casters allow for easy transport which is ideal for large-scale, high-volume bakeries and kitchens. Also, this bun pan rack is shipped knocked down to save on shipping costs, thus some assembly is required.
