Channel's 406A 18 Pan Aluminum Mobile Bun Pan Rack is ideal for storing large amounts of freshly made baked goods. Constructed from 1" extruded aluminum square tubing, this rack is built to withstand any abuse thrown its way. This pan rack features 3" spacing between each pair of welded-on angle pan slides which can hold a standard 18" x 26" sheet pan or two 18" x 13"sheet pans. Also, the bolted on 5" polyurethane casters allow for easy transport which is ideal for large-scale, high-volume bakeries and kitchens.
