Channel's 519AP Aluminum Mobile Platter Rack is ideal for storing, holding or transporting platters full of food. Constructed from heavy-duty, high tensile extruded aluminum, this rack can hold up to just about anything a busy kitchen will throw at it. This platter rack features 6" spacing between each pair of welded extruded aluminum angle pan slides which can accommodate 12.5" wide platters. Additionally, the bolted on 5" casters allow for easy transport which is ideal for large-scale, high-volume bakeries and kitchens.
