Southbend BGS/22SC Convection Oven Gas Double Deck

Southbend's BGS/22SC Double-Deck, full size gas convection oven is constructed using a stainless steel front, side and top exterior for durability and a sanitary porcelain interior with coved corners for easy cleaning. The interior of the oven features 11 rack positions and included five plated oven racks. The control panel features a "plug-in, plug-out" design that makes servicing simple. The oven doors are dependent, both have a viewing window and open a full 180 degrees. Heat is contained in the chamber by a dual-door seal system. The oven has a 140 degree to 500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range which is started with an electronic ignition. The handles are cool to the touch when the oven is being used. This oven features a forced cool down fan mode. The oven has 54,000 BTU heat input per oven cavity and comes complete with 6" stainless steel legs.
