This knife rack is made from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features the Edlund patented V-slot design which holds knives upright and more securely. Also, the new design can accommodate up to 8 Chef's knives, 2 smaller knives, a sharpening steel and scissors all in the same amount of space as the previous models.
