John Boos Gourmet Maple Butcher Block, 24" x 24"

The John Boos GB-C Gourmet Block in Maple is a wonderful expression of the fine craftsmanship that has been the hallmark of John Boos since 1887. This butcher block is made using 4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple and is part of the American Heritage Collection. The block is finished using Boos Block Cream with Beeswax. This block features a slotted lower shelf and commercial grade locking casters. The dimensions are 24" in length, 24" in width, and 36" in height. The block is made using end grain construction that takes small squares of wood and places them on "end" to create a superb butcher block design.
