The John Boos EDTC8-S30-L26-X "E Series" Straight Clean Dishtable is manufactured using 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel. It is designed with a 20-7/8" opening and has galvanized legs and bracing that feature adjustable plastic bullet feet. This clean dishtable measures 26" long and 30" wide and is meant to be placed on the left side of an existing commercial kitchen sink or dishwasher.
