John Boos Cucina Technica Edge Grain Maple Cart, 30" x 24"

This John Boos CUCT34 Cucina Technica Maple Cart is part of the Cucina Americana Collection. The cart is topped with a 2-1/4" thick slab of Northern Hard Rock Maple that has been created using edge grain construction. This type of construction lays cut pieces of wood side by side lengthwise and creates a beautiful display of the wood's unique grain. The wood is finished using Boos Block Cream with Beeswax for protection and to accentuate the color of the maple. The cart includes stainless steel legs, one stainless steel towel bar, one stainless steel foodservice grade shelf, and 3" commercial grade locking casters. The dimensions of this cart are 30" in length, and 24" in width and an overall height of 35". This is a delightful cart that can be utilized in many different ways in your kitchen.
