Hobart SPLASH-LEX030 30 Qt Lexan Splash Cover

Hobart's SPLASH-LEX030 splash cover is designed to be used with 30-quart bowls on your HL300 or HL400 Legacy Mixers. The cover makes certain that all of the elements you have placed in the bowl for mixing, remain in the bowl and not all over your commercial kitchen! The cover is manufactured using chip-resistant, clear Lexan, that lets you maintain visibility of your ingredients as they are incorporated together. This product is made specifically to keep clean-up and maintenance to a minimum. If you have a Hobart mixing bowl, you must also have a Hobart splash cover!
