A top mounted Borazon® Stone Sharpener with a lifetime guarantee, sharpens and hones in just 5 seconds and is also removable and warewasher safe for thorough cleaning. This new HS Series heavy duty automatic slicer from Hobart can cut both meat and cheese easily, without shredding. Its machined grooves on the gauge plate and knife cover ensure smooth and even strokes, reduced drag, heightened precision and improved slice performance. For added precision, the HS7-1 Automatic Slicer is equipped with three stroke lengths and four stroke speeds to handle a wide variety of products.
