Use of this whip is perfect for instilling air and creating the light texture for your souffles, whipped cream or meringues. Produced to be used with 30-quart bowls on your H600, P660, L800, M802 and V1401 Classic Mixers. This whip will provide you with years of continuous service. Remember, keep a backup whip available to make sure your culinary creations aren't impeded by needing to clean only one whip! The recommended setting for using this whip is the second or third speeds for a three-speed mixer and third or fourth speed for a four-speed mixer.
