The protective type spiral fluted chopping-end worm provides clean cutting that retains the natural color and flavor without crushing or mashing the product. Consistency is a given with the Stay-Sharp knife, 1/8" carbon steel plate, stainless steel round feed an and plastic feed stomper. All of the pieces can be quickly removed and easily cleaned, and with the simple loosening of a holding screw, the entire end can be removed.
