Cres Cor's H-135-WUA-11R AquaTemp Hot Cabinet with Humidity is a fully insulated holding cabinet that keeps prepared foods at serving temperatures. Cres Cor's powerful, yet efficient, 1920 Watt heating system maintains the right temperature to properly hold products and can heat up to 200°F (93°C). The Hot Cabinet's humidity system allows you to regulate humidity levels by controlling air temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). And the cabinet's lowering air temperatures allows for humidity up to 95%.
