This bakery depth convection oven is equipped with triple-mounted pressure lock doors with a turnbuckle assembly that allows the operator to easily operate both doors with only one hand. The MARK V-200 Base has Blodgett's Solid State Digital Controls with Cook & Hold and Pulse Plus which provides ultimate versatility from slow roasting meats to baking delicate bakery products. The double-sided porcelainized liner makes for easy cleaning and prevention of rust, resulting in a much longer life for this Blodgett convection oven.
