Bakers Pride P24-BL Countertop Deck Oven, Electric

The Bakers Pride model P24BL oven features a single baking chamber with one brick-lined deck and a 7" deck height. Brick-lined ovens have an additional Cordierite stone above the deck, which helps the oven retain heat longer and recover temperatures quickly. They may be easily installed at the factory or in the field. The greater deck height accommodates taller bake/roast items, and the incoloy heating elements and aluminized steel baking chamber are perfect for high heat. This model come standard with a stainless steel exterior, 4" adjustable legs, and a 60-minute, electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. International voltages are available.
