This unit comes complete with an inset, hinged cover and ladle. This cooker can reach temperatures up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature can be brought down to a safe holding temperature after food has been cooked. This countertop unit is perfect for caterers, buffets and commercial kitchens. The cooker is manufactured using stainless steel making the cooker easy to clean.
