Vulcan VHFA9 9 Pan Vulcan Heavy Duty Heated Cabinet

The Vulcan VHFA9 Non-Insulated Cabinet provides you with nine levels of holding and transport power. Nine full size sheet pans, or eighteen half size pans can be placed within this cabinet and transported anywhere they are needed due to the 5" casters. Mobility at its best! The top-mounted recessed control panel includes a power "on" and heater "on" indicator lights, as well as a dial thermostat that can be adjusted from ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat is provided by two 600-watt metal sheathed heating elements that draw 10 amps of power. The design includes a fan and air tunnel which provide an even distribution of heat throughout the cabinet. The full-size door is manufactured using glass to offer perpetual viewing of the cabinet
