Southbend BES/27SC Double Deck Electric Convection Oven

Southbend's BES/27SC Double Deck Electric Convection Oven is the energy-efficient, high-capacity oven all commercial kitchen should have. This Energy Star rated oven features 2 separate cavities, each including a high-efficiency 7.5 kW heating element as well as a 140 degree to 500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range. The control panel features a "plug-in, plug-out" design that makes servicing simple. This oven oven is constructed using a stainless steel front, side and top exterior for durability and a sanitary porcelain interior with coved corners for easy cleaning. The interior of the oven features 11 rack positions and included five plated oven racks. The dependent oven doors open and close simultaneously, both have an energy-saving high efficiency viewing window and open a full 180 degrees. Also, this oven features a forced cool down fan mode while heat is contained in each chamber by a dual-door seal system. Additionally, the handles are cool to the touch when the oven is being used.
