Ice Storage Bins
In order to keep up on your busiest day, and provide easy access for waitress stations and bar bins, it’s a good idea to purchase additional ice storage bins. As always, it’s important to consider how many extra pounds of ice you will need on a daily basis, and how much space will you need for your storage bin. Your storage bin should be lined with food grade plastic or stainless steel. The bins will not require electrical or plumbing hook up, as they are insulated.
