Metro C539-HDC-U Insulation Armour 71" Clear Dutch Holding Cabinet

Keep your hot food at the optimum temperature with Metro's C539-HDC-U Insulation Armour 71" Clear Dutch Holding Cabinet. The patented red Insulation Armour on the exterior of the cabinet is made of a durable, heat and dent-resistant polymer which retains heat, conserves energy and is cool to the touch. This cabinet is equipped with a fully removable heated holding module which features a digital-read thermometer, a temperature control dial and a master on/off switch. The thermostatically-controlled forced air heating system within the module provides rapid heating and recovery with a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F.

The C539-HDC-U Heated Holding Cabinet is constructed of durable .125" brushed aluminum on the exterior along with a .063" aluminum interior. The transparent polycarbonate Dutch doors offer a clear view at the contents of the cabinet without having to open them and waste heat. Additionally, the 1/4" diameter, nickel-chrome, electroplated adjustable wire slides are capable of holding up to seventeen 18" x 26" pans or thirty-two 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans.
