Metro C519-HFC-L 69-3/4" Non-Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet

Keep your hot food at the optimum temperature with Metro's C519-HFC-L 69-3/4" Non-Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet. This cabinet is equipped with a fully removable holding module which features a digital-read thermometer, a temperature control dial and a master on/off switch. The thermostatically-controlled forced air heating system within the module provides rapid heating and recovery with a temperature range of 80°F to 190°F.

The C519-HFC-L Heated Holding Cabinet is constructed of durable .125" brushed aluminum on the exterior along with a .063" aluminum interior. The transparent polycarbonate door offers a clear view at the contents of the cabinet without having to open the door and waste heat. Additionally, the 1-1/2" x 1/2" x 1/16" extruded-aluminum lip-load channel slides are capable of holding up to thirty-five 18" x 26" pans.
