Channel's 401AN Nesting Aluminum Mobile Bun Pan Rack is ideal for storing large amounts of freshly made baked goods. Constructed from heavy duty, high tensile aluminum, this rack is built to hold up to anything that busy kitchens and bakeries throw at it. This pan rack features 3" spacing between each pair of extruded aluminum, bottom load ledge design pan slides which can hold a standard 18" x 26" sheet pan or two 18" x 13" sheet pans. Also, the bolted on 5" non-marking, swivel casters allow for easy transport while the nested design allows you to save valuable floor space if multiple racks are not being used.
