Product Description

The Vulcan VCCB47 Gas Radiant Charbroiler is a moderate sized commercial countertop charbroiler that is a part of Vulcan's VCCB line of charbroilers. The dimensions of this commercial charbroiler are 15" high, 46-3/4" wide and 27" deep. This commercial charbroiler comes with eight 14,5000 BTU burners for a total output of 116,000 BTUs/hr. This commercial charbroiler is available in either LP or Natural gas types and is made of stainless steel with cast iron char-gradients and broiling grates. The grates offer a design element that integrates a pitched grease trough on each blade of each grate. This specification allows for efficient run off of fat and controls the possibility of flare ups. Each of the eight burners is connected to an infinite heat control valve with a standing pilot ignition system beneath each grate. The 5-1/4" grates offer flexibility in either sloped or level broiling because of the reversible nature of each grate. Deflector panels are located beneath each burner and redirect heat upward to the grates providing a cool space below the panels. This unit is not intended for home use, but cleanup in your commercial kitchen is easy due to a grease drawer that spans the width of the charbroiler. Included with this commercial charbroiler are 4" legs that provide the optimum height when the unit is placed on a chef's base or equipment stand. Take notice that 6" of clearance is required when installing this unit, as is an adequate ventilation system above the unit to remove particulates from the commercial kitchen atmosphere. Please specify if this unit will be used in a facility above 2,000 feet to ensure it will perform correctly in your environment.
