Product Description

The Vulcan VCCB36 Gas Radiant Charbroiler is a countertop commercial charbroiler that is part of the VCCB line of Vulcan Charbroilers. This commercial charbroiler's dimensions measure 15" high, 36" wide and 27" deep. This commercial charbroiler is manufactured with six 14,500 BTU burners, giving a total BTU output of 87,000 BTUs/hr. Available in either Natural or LP gas types, this charbroiler is made of stainless steel with cast iron char-gradients and broiling grates. A unique quality of the broiling grates is an integrated pitched grease trough on each blade that helps with the control of fat run off and the possibility of flare ups. An infinite heat control valve is connected to each of the six burners which heat the corresponding 5-1.4" grate above it. These grates can be utilized for both sloped and level broiling due to their reversible quality. Beneath the burners are deflector panels that redirect the heat upwards toward the grates. This deflecting quality keeps the area below the panels cool and protects the base the charbroiler is resting on. A grease drawer spans the entire width of the commercial charbroiler and provides easy cleanup for the piece of equipment. The included 4" legs offer the proper height when the charbroiler is placed on a chef's base or equipment stand. Adequate ventilation and a 6" clearance is required when installing this unit; it is not intended for home use. Also, to make certain you are pleased with the output of your charbroiler, please specify if this unit will be used in a location above 2,000 feet.
