Product Description

The Vulcan VCCB25 Gas Radiant Charbroiler is a countertop commercial charbroiler that is part of the VCCB line of Vulcan Charbroilers. Its dimensions measure 15" high, 25" wide and 27" deep and comes with a standing pilot ignition system complete with four 14,500 BTU burners for a total BTU output of 58,000 BTUs. This charbroiler is available in either Natural or LP gas types. This commercial charbroiler is manufactured in stainless steel complete with cast iron char-radiants and broiling grates. These grates are unique in their integrated pitched grease trough for each blade which contributes to an overall control of possible flare ups. Each burner has an infinite heat control valve for each burner with corresponding 5-1/4" wide sloped grates. These grates are also reversible offering the option of sloped or level broiling. Deflector panels are designed under the burners to focus more heat upwards toward the grates. This design element creates a cool zone beneath the burners to protect the surface the charbroiler is positioned on. The grease drawer that spans the full width of the commercial charbroiler provides easy cleanup. While not intended for home use, this charbroiler is at home in a busy commercial kitchen. The 4" legs provide a proper height when the charbroiler is positioned on a chef's base or equipment stand. Remember that adequate ventilation is required when using this unit and that a minimum of 6" clearance is necessary when installing this unit. Also, please specify if this unit will be used in an establishment located above 2,000 feet.
