The Globe SP62P Pizza Mixer is built specifically for high-volume pizza operations. This commercial pizza mixer has the capacity to handle up to 50 pounds of flour and three gallons of water for heavier batch sizes (up to a 75 lb. batch size) – allowing you to minimize the mixing time in your commercial kitchen. With the SP62P Mixer's 2-speed, high torque, direct gear drive transmission, you can rely on this Globe mixer to handle the most demanding of mixing applications. Easy to clean, you can attach or remove the 60 Quart stainless steel bowl which can be washed in a sink or dishwasher. The mixer also features a removable bowl guard made of high-quality stainless steel. This bowl guard is also easy to attach and remove for easy cleaning.The SP62P comes with a stainless steel bowl , bowl truck, power bowl lift and a dough hook.
Even more important is the safety benefit of the interlocks. The bowl guard and bowl hand lever are interlocked and the mixer will automatically shut down when the bowl is lowered, the guard is open or is not properly latched.
