The 14" x 10" cooking space is equipped with grooved heavy duty, seasoned cast iron grill plates for maximum heat retention and superior cooking results. The panini grill is constructed of durable stainless steel and has a removable, easy-to-clean stainless steel catch tray to collect crumbs and grease from cooking. Temperature is precisely controlled by thermostat up to 570°F and maintains the selected temperature to ensure a consistent product every time.
