Globe's GG24TG 24" Gas Countertop Griddle is a great addition to any commercial kitchen with limited space or looking for added versatility. Each stainless steel U-style burner produces 30,000 BTU and a flame every six inches for even and consistent heating over the entire polished steel griddle plate. This unit is thermostatically controlled and allows you to cook multiple products at different temperatures on the same griddle surface, while maintaining a constant heat to deliver consistent cooking results. Constructed of double stainless steel, this gas countertop griddle has a stainless steel catch tray that continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easily removed for quick and simple cleaning. For additional safety, this unit has a Flame Failure feature that shuts the gas off if a pilot light goes off.

Please note: This unit ships natural gas with an LP conversion kit included. Conversion of your unit from natural gas to LP must be completed by an authorized gas installer.
