Globe's GG15TG 15" Gas Countertop Griddle is a space-saving solution for commercial kitchens with limited space and a small food service. Though compact in size, this high-performing gas griddle produces a total of 30,000 BTU from its single burner and has an electronic ignition. The temperature is thermostatically controlled and maintains a constant heat for consistent cooking results. This double wall, stainless steel constructed gas countertop griddle features a 3/4" thick highly polished griddle plate, a spatula wide 4" trough and a stainless steel catch tray that continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easily removed for quick and simple cleaning.

Please note: This unit ships natural gas with an LP conversion kit included. Conversion of your unit from natural gas to LP must be completed by an authorized gas installer.
