This countertop natural gas fryer features Robert Shaw™ snap-action thermostats for fast recovery and high limit thermostat protection. Two (2) heavy-duty nickel-plated fry baskets are included with the fryer and hold up to 10 lbs of product each to get you frying right away. This unit ships natural gas ready.
