The Globe SP8 8 Qt Countertop Planetary Mixer features heat-treated hardened steel gears and shafts with a gear-driven, fixed speed transmission that drives the planetary action and delivers high torque power to easily mix all types of products. The hand lever on this commercial mixer body raises and lowers the bowl and also features a safety interlock that automatically shuts down the mixer when the bowl is lowered. Built to last, body is constructed of durable rigid cast aluminum and coated in an NSF approved enamel white paint to ensure food safety.
