This can be accomplished by using a Dexter's knife sharpener (sharpening steel) which actually removes steel from the blade and restores your knife to its super-sharp feather edge. Dexter-Russell (07363) 14" Sharpening Steel is made of a stain-free, high-carbon steel with special hardening process. The handle is designed with a course, black polypropylene with a swivel wring at the end.
