The FlipLid allows easy access to contents, which further reduces risk of cross contamination. The notch in the lid allow a spoon or ladle to sit in the container with the lid completely shut. Camwear Polycarbonate Food Pans and lids are made from durable NSF certified polycarbonate that will not crack, bend, or dent.
