Constructed of seamless polyethylene with thick foam insulation, the Camcarrier can hold multiple pans of hot or cold food at safe temperatures for hours. With a starting temperature of 33.6°F, after four hours the temperature inside the container rose only to 37°F; Starting temperatures at 187°F drops to 170°F after 4 hours. This food pan carrier also features an airtight removable gasket for a secure seal and plastic latches that will not rust.
