Designed with foodservice operators in mind, this commercial microwave features a 10 touch pad control panel, 4 stage cooking options, 11 power levels, 100 programmable menu settings, and defrost mode at 20% power - reducing prep time, labor and food waste, while providing consistent cooking results in your kitchen.  This Amana microwave also has a multiple quantity pad which calculates the proper cook times for multiple portions and its .6 cubic feet of capacity accommodates a standard 6” deep half-sized pan. The microwave also accommodates both 208 and 240 volts and has a voltage sensor that automatically adjusts to the appropriate power supply. And with its see-through tempered glass door window and lighted interior, you can monitor food without opening door.
