Product Description
Designed to save valuable counter space, the Berkel 825A manual meat slicer may be compact in size but is a workhouse in commercial kitchens. The enclosed, permanently lubricated 1/3 HP motor drives the 10” knife through meat and cheese for 2 to 3 hours per day.The 10” knife is constructed of hollow ground, hardened and polished forged chromium-plated carbon steel and protected by the permanent ring guard even when the sharpener and center plate are removed. Return the blade to its razor sharp edge using the top mounted, two-stone sharpener that can also be removed for cleaning.
The product table on this commercial meat slicer is positioned at a 45° angle for optimal slicing while also reducing waste. Slice thickness can be easily adjusted using the precision system for consistently great results. All food contact areas are stainless steel or anodized aluminum for increased sanitation and the entire unit can be quickly disassembled without tools for efficient and easy cleaning.
